Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure that guests enjoy an outstanding experience every time. You’ll be responsible for managing people, maintaining standards, and driving efficiency across service, delivery, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination

  • Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring excellent service standards

  • Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly

  • Manage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives

  • Oversee cash handling and daily reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

  • Financial awareness and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
