
SOUS CHEF

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare and present dishes to the highest standard. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day service, maintain food quality, and support menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to recipes and standards

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow during service

Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas

Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce food waste

Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and specials
-
Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen

Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety (HACCP preferred)
-
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
-
Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
-
Passion for quality food and consistency
